I had crank seals cam shaft seals and a water pump installed. I stopped in aabout 4 PM on Sat. and they said they would stay until all the work was done and they did. I really appreciate that. There is not many shops that would stay until 11 Pm Sat nite in order to complete the work.
Scott is very helpful and has great customer service. He got me a cheaper rate with my rental car service while my car was in the shop. He kept me informed throughout the process and was upfront and honest about any concerns with my vehicle. I have used them twice so far and will continue to do so, and will refer anyone who needs a mechanic or oil change to them.
