Take your pets to Audobon instead...

I felt like I was treated well by AP until it was time to put my pet down. They charged me for an uncessary exam at the worst time and wouldnt rescind the charge-canfield or mccutcheon. I didnt get my phone call or email returned about, rather I got a sympathy card instead.
