Help us make it rightVery unprofessional company. Their products are cheap and don't look good at all. They rent out linens as well as flowers. The linens are disgusting and stained. They will also grossly overcharge extra fees upon return of rentals. Stay away!!
My fiancee and I are getting married next year. We saw the beautiful set ups in the store so we made an appointment to go over their packages. We waited outside the business for 15 minutes for the owners showed up. Stuff happens right so I let it slide, we picked out a package and set up another appointment. The next appointment was last week at 12:00. We waited outside the business again but...
Not worth it to use this company. Cheap cost = CHEAP QUALITY and horrible customer service. Don't believe the displays/photos they show you. Once they get your money they could care less about you or your event.
I recently rented linens from this company for a special event. All I can say is GHETTO. You'll see if you just stop by their shop. Ghetto, ghetto ghetto.
This company manipulated us into paying ridiculous fees and charges! They will lie and conveniently lose your contact information so that they can charge you even more fees without you knowing. Even when they admitted to overcharging us, they told us the check was in the mail for a refund and never sent it. Now they just refuse to respond to us. Not to mention that their decorations are...
