These are con artists thieves. The usual. Steal your money, offer a "guarantee", roof leaks the following week, when you try to call and have them fix it all phones are disconnected. I got them tracked down, and reported with Chgo and IL AG's office, I'll put them in jail. Anybody who had the same experience do the same or contact me.
