Computer is a critical part of peoples' lives, therefore, businesses who deals with critical systems must tolerate critical questions and concerns from customers. if they cant tolerate the concerns, then I dont see the reason why they should exist. Not recommended!

I took my laptop to be serviced here because of the great rating they recieve from one of their customers. I was very disappointed with the service. They didnt know what they are doing. They missdagnosed my system and I wasted my time (2 weeks) and money ($74.00). I am glad it was for only 74 bucks though. To make it short, my laptop is in worst condition than prior to drop off.
