The lady that works here is very rude and you can tell it's family owned otherwise she probably wouldn't be working there. So after the fact the customer service wasn't good they screwed up the order because they don't write things down properly. We are never going back there again

I took some glass ware in to All American to see if they could etch them for a 8th grade graduation. They were very helpful with the layout....
