I moved in my current house in 01/2011, and the house had new buyer insurance coverage for 12 months. I have been working with this business for the last 2 1/2 years and they replaced one compressor and the coil on the roof within the last 2 yrs, on one unit and a capsitor on the other. At that time I was pretty happy with their services, at that time I probably would have rated them with a 5 star. I even refered several of my neighbors to them. I hope they treat them better than they ended up...
