9/3/11 I left items (brand new designer suits, designer dress, etc - probably about $1000 worth of clothing) at this shop a while ago. I called today to see what the status was for these items. I was informed (quite rudely) that the items had been donated to charity. When I questioned why I never received a phone call, I was told that it says quite clearly in the contract I signed that all items would be donated after a certain time and that this was standard procedure for all the consignment shops in the area. Well, I have two problems with that. I read the (very short) contract I signed before I signed it and I know that I wouldn't have agreed to leave my clothes there if that was the case. Also, I've done business with other consignment shops in the area and they do not all operate this way. We ended the conversation with the person who answered the phone telling me he would check my card when he got around to it, "but it sure won't be today." I asked for evidence that the items had been donated to charity, and not in fact, sold, with the business keeping the profit. The person on the other end of the phone got extremely defensive. I told him I simply wanted proof that my items had been donated, a receipt, or something. He repeated he was offended by my suggestion, and the conversation pretty much ended there. Overall, I'm left with an extremely bad taste in my mouth. Poor customer service, poor working relationship, poor management.

I love this shop!! I do a good amount of consgnment shopping and I must say there are a huge amount of wonderful things. The owner and her husband are very nice and super helpful. I went in and within a half hour I found everything I was looking for. Can't wait to go back!!
Very clean, orginized, and wonderful name brand items at very resonable prices.

This is a nice, clean store with really nice fashions, some brand new, clothes and shoes. Very affordable with a fantastic sale. The owner is friendly and helpful, we got a super sweet deal on a few outfits for work with accesories!!!!
