so have had this beautiful chair that is easily older than myself that, unfortunately, kinda smells and has a few rips, really shows it age. bu oh! i love it so! saw the very cool All Aboard van and had to call. these guys were great! cool folks who even had vintage fabric to keep my piece a mid-century marvel.
they did a great job on my babies: two Poul Kjaerholm black leather chairs. one had a nasty tear right in the middle of the seat, been holding onto them for so long, nervous about having them worked on. can't believe i waited so long, now i have two "new" cool chairs without having to spend that kind of money in these crazy financial times.
great work, these guys are saints. my partner and i are very particular people and i think we were getting in their hair a bit, watching over their shoulders with endless input. despite our demanding nature we received nothing but kindness and a set of dinning room chairs that look *almost* perfect ;-)
saw their cool led business card up at my marina, thought i'd give them a call. a really class act: professional, relax and really friendly. much attention to detail, in fact the quality was even more than i was looking for.
had these guys make cushions for my v-birth and it is incredible how much better it looks. fantastic job, best cushions on my boat. it did take them about a month, but this seems to be pretty standard around town. great people, a joy to deal with. i think i may have them redo my sofa
All Aboard Upholstery did an amazing job. They helped us choose wonderful fabric and new foam for us. Most importantly it was done when they said it would be. The result was just superb, better than we imagined. It was a pleasure for us all the way through.
We live in a very mid Century modern house and owned a second hand (bought at a yard sale), 9 1/2 foot, very 60's sofa. It looked great in the room and we loved the lines. However, the fabric was disintegrating before our very eyes. We did not want to discard our beloved sofa and decided to bite the bullet and go the upholstery route.

I wanted to surprise my wife with a little home improvement project while she was out of town. She was only gone for nine days, so I had precious little time. The project: re-upholster a built-in kitchen booth. These guys helped me figure out how to remove the booth (which was not at all obvious) and did so without damaging the rest of my kitchen. Then I went down to their shop to select the new vinyl. They have a great selection of materials down there. Real cool designer stuff that you probably can't find elsewhere...
