Alki Tours

I have used Alki Tours for 4 different trips. Two of them we were lucky enough to go on and 2 we were not. The first one was cancelled and it two over 2 months to return my money. The last one was a trip flying into San Francisco and a cruise from there to Canada. I waited 3 weeks and had not heard from them about a confirmation etc so I called and this trip has also been cancelled. I had not been notified and not even an apology. It is still on their website advertised. I will not be using them again on any trips.

Why in the world would a great business like yours place ads w/ Rush Limbaugh who is a raging racist? Are you aware he yelled at an African american woman on his show and told her to take the bone out of her nose? I am thinking your not aware and you should rethink your ad placement w/ this racist.

Rode the Christmas train with my daughter and loved every minute. The boxed breakfast and dinner and enroute entertainment were wonderful. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I lived in Germany for many years and this memory ranks at the top of Christmas market and train trip experiences.

Nothing but problems. Lost luggage, no hot water in hotel, lost souvenirs, unappealing and tasteless meals, paid for single supplement yet had to share room one night. Would not recommend. Put 1 star only because site would not allow me to put none.
