On its quiet corner of the West End, Alice's has been attracting a loyal following of fashion lovers for decades.The GoodsSerious vintage shoppers peruse Alice's racks--the clothes are too fine and too expensive for your average thrifter. Chic black dresses from the '50s share the racks with beaded chiffon numbers from the '20s. Hats, jewelry, shoes, gloves and handbags are strewn on mannequins and hidden in drawers throughout the store....
Throughout the summer, sale racks can be found on the sidewalk out front.
Great bargains can be found on slightly damaged items. Be sure to ask the salesperson where to get items repaired and cleaned.
