The leak proof pool installed by alfresco pools is leaking. Our pool is only three years old, and this is the most recent of many problems we have had with it and the company. BEWARE!!!!!
I can go on and on about my experience with this pool builder, but the most important aspect is they take no ownership in their work. I have an engineers report plus an opinion letter from a Lic appraiser detailing the issues that they are ignoring. They claim because it was a year and a half ago, that I should have called this to their attention when it was first built. (Side note is that I did tell them) You see they poured my decking with the wrong grade and not enough drainage. it does drain but it drains in to my garage and since they poured the slab a certain way, (hard to explain) I...
