There is a new manager and there must be different employees. We bridesmaids and my mom went in expecting the same mediocre service and high priced dresses as the local bridal shops. Run! Run! Far Away! They lost my mother-of-the-groom dress! Won't call me back, customer service is non-existent! If you do happen to purchase with them.. Do not pay up front! Don't pay until you've got the dress in hand, because once they have your money, they could care less!
