We reserved a table for 8, the tavern was easily accommodating. The service was a bit slow, which (if you're a large party and in a hurry) can be frustrating. The food was not spectacular, but the appetizers (Tot-chos? I see what you did there.) were stellar. There was no pressure from the waitstaff, we stayed for a good long while and had a pleasant time. Thanks again!

Our visit did not start off real well. We had a reservation for two and when we arrived, the only table available was shoved in a corner that was very difficult to even get into. Other people were right up against the table. So, we ate the bar. Food was excellent. I would recommend that the pizza we had for restaurant week be included on the regular menu. It was delicious. Family birthday gathering including a two-year on a Sunday evening. Waiter was excellent with a great personality. We had a great time. My expectations were easily exceeded. Thanks!

Alexander's Tavern is a nice find for a dining option in Fells Point. The menu is solid, the service was great, and if you sit outside, you can people watch all evening. This is a good place for a casual night out.
