Our group went to this museum and had a wonderful time. Our tour guide was excellent as were the beautiful gardens. After our tour we brought our picnic lunches and we ate in the gardens overlooking the lake. Very relaxing.

Located on 3 acres of land, visitors may stroll through the gardens which contain sculptures from the private collection of internationally known Czech-American sculptor, Albin Polasek. There are also four galleries housing additional works. Open Sunday 1pm-4pm, Tuesday-Saturday 10am-4pm closed on Mondays and July & August.

Three galleries featuring sculptures and paintings by Polasek and a three-acre sculpture garden. Including Risen Christ, 14 Stations of the Cross and The Victorious Christ.

The Polasek is on the National Register of Historic Places and National Trust of Historic Artists Homes/Studios features over 200 works by Florida Artist Hall of Fame sculptor Albin Polasek, N.A. See our visiting exhibits, too.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this museum is totally dedicated to sculptures and offers a peek into an old world European lifestyle. Three acres of gardens containing large sculpture pieces and four galleries housing additional sculptures by internationally known Czech-American sculptor, Albin Polasek, are on site for visitors to browse.

This sculpture collection is housed in a Mediterranean-style building that served as home to the renowned Czechoslovakian sculptor from 1949 until his death in 1961. Prior to his Florida retirement, Polasek had served more than 35 years as chair of the Chicago Art Institute's sculpture department.
