I had two other allergists try to tell me that I was not allergic to anything, even when I was covered in hives for one of them. Turns out that I was allergic to several foods, but my reaction didn't turn up until the next day. Dr. Goh does a test that most allergists do not, in which a blood sample is collected and monitored for a reaction in a lab for 7 days.
