The frame on my sunglasses snapped. The lenses were too large for the frames. That happens, I can understand that. However, it has now been 3 weeks since I took them in to be repaired. They are covered under warranty. 3 weeks and I still do not have my sunglasses and they are prescription.

I have had NO CALLS with any feedback regarding my glasses. Such as what is happening with them,...

Upon my visit, I had to wait [I was the only one in the waiting room] for 15 minutes AFTER my appointment time.
THEN... was TOLD to hang my coat in the waiting room. I couldn't find where to hang the coats, [discovered that there were hooks under a window] and then took my coat to the exam room anyway. In the exam room, I was ignored as I made small talk.

My 94 year old mother was treated with respect and dignity and her vision
