The DH menu has gotten worse and worse every year. The service is improving, the set up is improving, but the latest revamp of food is nasty. I've been going since the beginning, so I feel like I can speak to this. Also, get some veg options for special events. It isn't that hard to add that to the ticket selection, and for $75+ you can damn sure make a veg option for every single event.
