I have had nothing but problems with these folks. My pharmacy sends faxes to request refills and they consistently ignore or lose them. I requested a refill through my pharmacy 6 days ago and they sent 3 faxes, made a phone call and still have heard nothing.I have to 'borrow' medication from the pharmacy against my regularly prescribed pills because AFP does not respond.
The doctors are very good but unfortunately AFP has a 'monopoly' in town so I can go nowhere else locally. I am in the process of complaining to the city and the State licensing offices regarding their problems.
Next step will be an attorney unfortunately..I don't need the hassle!
