It has been awhile since I worked in the food industry, but from what I remember, if a customer came in BEFORE we closed according to our ADVERTISED closing time, we stayed.

I would give them a higher rating if:they offered sugar cubes or individual sugar bowls instead of packets-it's just not aesthetically pleasing to have...
