NOT calling Aladdin would be a waste of time! What I am writing is completely contradictory to what the last review said. I called looking for an awning for my new home on two different occasions....

I had Aladdin install a retractable awning on my deck and we just LOVE it!!! We love it for the shade it provides, but it also saved us when it started raining on my daughters birthday party! The owner was extremely knowledgeable and the installers were all neat, clean and extremely polite. They even came back out at no charge when we accidentally broke our handle. But before I had them...
