When no one else would be bothered, Aladdin Came through with 5 Big Gold Stars. I was needing bail for a friend that has previously still owed money for a different Bail. I didnt even have any where close to the 10% I needed. They said it will take about 4-5 hours at KCSO. It took 6-7 hours. Not bad considering I have waited as long as 20 hours at the county jail. They are very rude. I came in asking questions and because my english was not ver good, he kept asking me if I was a US Citizen. I am , but I was also insulted. The agent got insulted because I was translating to my mom in Spanish a well. He kept saying please speak English. We left and took our business elsewhere...sad commercial said they were nice and willing to answer questions.
Worst customer service I've ever received and that was just over the phone. I gladly took my money somewhere else to a more professional courteous agency who appreciated my business. Like the other reviewers said this place is a joke! I highly doubt that they are competitors.
