STAY AWAY !!! Disputing charges with my credit card company seems to be the only way to get my money back.

STAY AWAY !!! The WORST customer service, they never answer the phone and do not return calls, I had the threaten them with legal action to get my order to ship!. It took nearly a month just to get to that point.

Horrible customer service and crooks! I placed an order and they charged me - but never shipped my order. I called on a Saturday and the recorded messages said they are closed on "Holidays". I called back on a weekday and they said all their representatives were busy or unavailable and to call back... Avoid at all cost!
