Dr. Dhingra is professional, knowledgeable, and takes time to explain and answer questions thoroughly. His assistant went out of her way to make sure I sought immediate medical care when I was out of town and I suffered a retina tear.

Called for a copy of my eye prescription to be faxed so I could order glasses. The receptionist gave me a number. Lady that answered in Medical Records bit my head off and told me "I don't know who gave you this number but you should not be calling it." So...round and round. Finally got to Beth who helped me. When I was there to be fitted for contacts, the assistant lost my records. Finally...
