I only rated them as one star because I can't rate them as zero stars. I'm still waiting for a screen that was shipped from Tiger Direct more than two weeks ago. I can't even call them directly because they don't list a phone number on their website. I guess I woudn't list my phone number if I was them, either - it would never stop ringing with complaints.

AIT in Charlotte is a sham. They call on you with sales pitches of gold, promising better service and rates than the competition. We have tried their services 5 times and have had 3 service failures and two re-bills for over the quoted amount. If you want true and trusted logistic services domestic and international you can only trust UPS and Fedex...............even though they are more...
