Had a great experience renting from AVR in Indianapolis for a one day visit. We dealt with Terri Z when we picked up our van. She was informative and very friendly! The van was quickly brought around and Terri walked it over with us. We would recommend using the van service again!

I rented a van in San Francisco. I did not know I needed cash for tolls so I assumed I would get charged directly for it from the tolls companies or pay a fee for the rental company to take care of it including some administration. Turns out Airport Van Rental charges a fee of $35 and doesn't take care of it so for missing two tolls totaling about $5-$7, I ended up getting charged $105 ($35 x 2...

Rented a van last week for 3 days my return time was 6pm but because the traffic is so crazy can't go back at the right time so I called to tell them the situation can't be back at the exact time so the lady I was talking to told me that's it's fine and ok she understand us so she give me extension for couple of hours I'm so thankful to her patricia is her name I'm so happy that I rented here❤❤❤
