Tom Litt, the owner, & his installer were both outstanding. They were on time all the time. I feel that I got a great deal for the money, and they even made some alterations to my other heating system that another company had installed previously and totally messed up, and they also found and repaired many leaks in my duct system, which will save me a lot more money in the long run. Chris did an excellent job installing the new vent system. Everyone took care of cleaning throughout the project and had a positive attitude. Everyone on the project was professional in attire and trustworthy.
Didn't have time to perform leak test. But said they would as soon as work gets slower.
I had Chris out to check on my heat pump. Very professional and polite. (Didn't make me feel foolish because I didn't know to flip the reset switch) Because of his complete fairness and attitude and expertise, we will definitely use again when time to purchase new unit.
