Gilberto is very professional and personable. His service to my two evaporative coolers was excellent, and he was very knowledgeable in fixing them to run perfectly. The only reason I gave him 4 stars in Customer Service, was because his truck had broken down and he did not call to let us know that he would be a day or two later in starting the project.
