Fraudulent Over Pricing- Carrier Furnace Repair

Service charge of $130 was way above market . Diagnosis of circuit board replacement estimate was $758 in addition to service charge. Looked up part online-approximate cost was $200. When asked for price breakdown they lowered cost to $654 without an explanation. Sent them home and called another company.

Repairmen did good work but prices are outrageous

recently had them out to fix AC unit. repair took 20 minutes, but the labor charge was $300. Was told that there is a $72 charge to replace the air filter in our furnace. I do it myself! $72 for a simple thing? Thier rates are crazy. ...

Air Group took care of my old 18 year-old A/C system for years and just installed my new one, as well as, taking care of a few minor electrical issues. They suck the techs come in fix one thing and make sure to tamper with something eles so u have to do more work plus the person you talk to her name KIM is very rude and doesn't care my central air unit did work until I got another company to come fix and and show he they where tampering with my unit dont use them they will rob u blind
