The idea of the SPCA is great, but unfortunately, Aiken's SPCA is. . . lacking. The workers don't care about animals. They're insensitive to the plight of innocent, homeless animals. The people who work there aren't the usual for that type of organization. They're the type of people who are looking for something in return. They want to get paid, or look good on an application. They're "full"...
