It is disgusting and shameful.
AFH is using money that was solicited to help persons with HIV and AIDS to lobby against development in Los Angeles. This action has nothing to do with their core mission. I'm telling everyone I know to stop donating money to AHF, stop patronizing their Out of the Closet stores and give to other organizations such as APLA and The Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Center in Hollywood.

I once thought this was an organization designed to help people like myself. I now understand that their sole focus is money. Patient care is no longer a priority. Instead money is lavishly spent on billboards designed to help the CEO keep his precious view at his Hollywood office. 6 months without an available appointment.
