reg 1588 of the Bureau of Equaliization deals with the lawful exemption of agricultural minerals and fertilizers.. Should a consumer wish to purchase same to apply to land for food production it is tax exempt is the consumer asserts the right.

Hydroscape is ignorant in the fact that they will still charge you tax and not allow the lawful exemption..
