The best workout I've found that combines mind (you leave feeling clearheaded) and body (workout done for the day).First, it is not ballet; the bar is used for balance. The teachers have rigorous barre3 training but unlike other barre studios they add their own flavor. The space is clean and unique combo of old and new.
