my storage unit was broken into and they wont even refund the money i paid them two days before it was broken into!!! dont go to these people!!

They have ROACHES! They have attempted to exterminate and I still have roaches in my unit. This is my first time at a storage facility and I'm still in shock and disgusted by this experience here ...
