Been using them for at least 10 years now. They are always prompt. This time 5 minutes. My heater was not staying on. They told me it was a corroded wire. They cleaned off the corrosion and it works great now. They also pointed out a problem with the ventilation that my husband can fix himself. Cost was $75. About two years ago, Affordable Quality Air in Ocean Springs replaced one of my whole AC units and everything went OK, so I thought that they are honest people with fire business, but they are NOT. I will not do business with them again…
