I would not recommend this repair service to anyone. The customer service is horrible as well as complete lack of communication. We had a warranty issue covered by the manufacturer. The fridge was not working properly and the service tech said there was manufacturer defect. They couldn't fix the problem...put the doors back on so one is now higher than the other because he couldn't apparently...
