Primary care is great.
However Urgent Care takes 2+ hours to get into due "shortage" and I have been waiting nearly 6 months for a psychiatrist.

In general my experience with the Affinity Health System has been fine. On occasion I would say the care was exceptional. However the service I recieve at the Urgent Care clinic is awful. I have never waited less than 2 hours to see a doctor after I check in. As an adult this is unacceptable as I am there because I am sick enough that I cannot wait for an appointment. We have been repeatedly blocked from accessing medical care over the past year. We have had administrators be extremely rude and essentially making medical decisions for us. After being in the emergency room 4 times in three weeks and obviously needing to see my primary, I was told that "it sounds like you have too many issues to be seen." by Sandy at their Neenah location.
