Dr Levine repeatedly made it clear that he and his staff do not care. I tried for 5 weeks to get questions answered and the rude, disorganized, out of touch staff rarely called back. Dr Levine was routinely out of the office for days or weeks at a time. Office staff is exceptionally rude and unaccommodating. Expect to wait well after your appointment time without apology, but if you are even a few minutes late due to traffic or parking you will be discourteously dismissed. Retrieving a script is a lengthy and arduous process, I highly recommend avoiding this office for your thyroid issues.

I saw Dr. Levine in regards to thyroid nodules; I have no idea how anyone could have anything less than 5 star rating for Dr. Levine.
