It's been years now, but the experience I had at this location was such a complete nightmare I wouldn't recommend Advantage to anyone! We booked a vehicle online for a weekend trip, and upon pick up, they had already rented it out. We were told to take the full size or leave; it was offered to us nearly doubled the agreed amount. Due to our time constraints, we swallowed up the price difference and took it. All the while, we were not negative or had given them any reasons to dislike us, yet they still had the nerve to snicker at us and make ageist comments. We returned the vehicle after...
