We had a series of terrible experiences with this company. They are pleasant in the office (though unresponsive once I began to express concerns), but they took VERY shoddy care of our items, badly scratching the top of an antique table, delivering us someone else's bed part and then not taking it back to the storage facility (some other family must still be searching for this part), delivering...

We have used Advantage Moving twice now, first from our move from Simsbury to Manchester and then again, just recently, from Machester to Bristol. There were no issues and everything moved smoothly. We have been satisfied with both of our services we have received from this company. The price was within the quote also.

AMAZING MOVING EXPERIENCE!!!! We had our whole apartment moved within bristol for less than $400!!!!!!! We didnt lift a fingerand were treated vry nicely. Thanks guys

I scheduled a move with Advantage Moving & Storage with the following experience: first of all, they came nearly 1 hour later than their scheduled delivery time without notifying me of their delay, did not bring in tools with them (basic screwdrivers to disassemble a bed which they were made aware needed to be done), unbeknownst to me, 1 mover went into my kitchen drawer to take out a kitchen...

I was quoted a price on the phone, sight unseen, for my move. The truck had a hole in the back. The two movers who came spent a lot of time smoking cigarettes and talking on the phone. It ended up taking twice as long and almost three times the money of what I was quoted. At the end of the move, when the 2 movers were a couple of hours late getting to their next job, they didn't even move all...
