STAY AWAY!

1. Very pushy way of getting you to spend money on procedures that you don't need urgently. I really needed a root canal, however they decided that what I needed right then instead was a deep cleaning???
2. Very expensive quote on root canal due to needing to bring in specialist. Not done in house.
3. I specifically declined any financing assistance. Never signed any application form or was told I was applying for a loan.
4. 2 weeks later, I received a letter in the mail from Chase with a new health care loan account for $12K.

I just went to Advant Dental being terrified of dental work. Dr. Safavi and her staff made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Safavi showed me pictures of my teeth and explained everything so I could understand the work that needed to be done. She was very gentle and caring. I will recommend this office to all my friends and family members. I also loved the hygienist and the time she took to clean my teeth!

Brought my daughter in for emergency gum and dental work. After being told that I would have to pay all charges up front (in spite of having dental insurance) they would not perform any work until my credit card was charged. Then 30 days later I receive another bill for additional charges which I was told I paid in advance. I have been told by other Dental offices that Advant has a reputation for over charging and doing unnecessary dental work.

I will NEVER go back to this dentist again!

I came to Advant Dental after experiencing some less than perfect customer service at my previous dentist. I was warmly welcomed and the entire staff was very nice. I never felt like their work was rushed. They took their time to make sure my work was well done and that I had understanding of all the procedures that I was going under.

One of my teeth had a filling that fell out and left a very significant hole in the tooth... There was some concern on whether or not it could be saved or not. Thankfully they worked their magic and saved the tooth without even requiring a crown. Not...
