All I can Say about Advanced Water Systems Is that "they ARE the BEST!" I have been a customer for over 10 years, and I have continually had great service. AWS comes to my house every year with great attitudes and excellent customer service. Anytime I have had a problem they were at my house before I knew it and had the problem fixed that same day. After numerous calls to the house and 4 months of not enough water entering the tank unless the ice maker was shut off and waiting nearly 7 hours for the tank to fill, they still couldn't diagnose the problem on their own system but had us paying for numerous parts and filters.
