Tim's great. My Land Surveying business depends on my PCs and Tim has always responded immediately.
The hardware-software issues get complex and are always changing.
This last go-round he spent literally hours of free time talking to Autocad engineers so he could accurately accomodate my needs.
I'm writing this review from the computer he just built for me at about a third of the cost...
