Run from this company, My son had a special needs trike from Advanced so when he needed replacement parts we had to use the same company where we got the trike. What a nightmare, I had a hard time getting anyone to return my calls to set up an appointment to have someone come out and look at his bike to get the parts to be ordered, the people are rude, non professionals with attitudes and...

They are very active in collecting their money. But when I tried to get them to pick up equipment from the nursing home after my mom died, I had great difficulty . They could not get it together to pick up the equipment even though I called them many times and explained to them it was costing us $300 a day for the room as long as the bed was there!
