Help us make it rightI called and stated I was referred by another doctor for a colonoscopy. The wait time was a month. When my appointment came sooner it was on the same day as my final. So I had to reschedule. Coming closer to the second appointment, another month later, I sent a message to the office asking if I needed any particular medicine. The women responded it was "a consultation". My boyfriend had already requested off work to drive me. I called in to cancel today and the woman hung up on me. This was a horrible experience.
He was my Dad's doctor and then my husband's. We all loved him. His way with patients is superb.
