OK..so we called up for their advertised 99 dollar special in 2006. I think we got a coupon in one of those pieces of mail that is really an envelope full of coupons...maybe it was a postcard..something like that Ended up paying 372 bucks cuz we were up-sold to special treatment and sanitizers and other such nonsense. We tried to get them to finish work they started and they wouldn't even return our calls. It looks like they disappeared in the middle of the night with a bunch of unpaid bills. I hear they've setup shop under a different name in Agawam, MA (I think Affordable Duct Cleaning?) and are a part of Longo Carpet Cleaning. You would think a company like Longo would know better... Very disappointing...

Don't ever call them. They take advantage of people who don't know anything about 'Duct cleaning' and ripp you off like you won't believe it! ! They stole my money! They surely know how to do that well. Nice work! And I am positive that all the good reviews were written by themselves.

I'm always leery of these reviews, because I know that anyone can write them and say whatever they want, but our experience was so good that I'm compelled to share it with anyone else who might be looking for info about Gold Star. We booked a basic duct cleaning for $49.95 from a flyer that came with val-pak. The guys called ahead and asked if they could come half an hour early, which worked...
