Great customer service! We had our hard drive restored at Advance Micro Distributions (should have backed up our work! ) And Alan was incredibly helpful from the moment I called. I would highly recomend you bring your computer there for service.. We have a Mac and we turned to Alan because the employees at the Apple store were far from helpful. Completely different experience here. 5 stars.
