If there was an option for minus five stars, this place should get it. I've never ever experienced such awful customer service as I have from ADT. I don't know how this company stays in business....

Unprofessional installation, poor service if there's a problem. Great sales pitch to get you to sign up for 3 years but I'd suggest you look elsewhere. All other reviews seem to be consistent.
