HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! After over 20 years with ADT, We Just spent the better part of the day trying to stop ADT Service. On hold forever, repeatedly, told to provide a 3 digit security...

Since January 3, I've experienced seven failed appointments to reprogram and upgrade my system. Unfortunately I am kind of stuck with ADT as I have a large investment in all of the door and window sensors. I just spent another $769 with them to add motion detectors and smoke/carbon alarms. They have the worst customer service. They have poorly trained people that are incapable of doing their job. …

check your contract before signing the sale rep lied and told us we had a 2yr contract ..we called to cancel and the customer service rep said the contract was for 3yrs..i had to pay the remaining year off..no matter what rep says ..READ CONTRACT...
