DONT sign up for ADT. They failed to provide me with an alarm system that works. Their products are defective. Every time I entered my home and turned off the system, ADT would call me to tell me someone was breaking into my house AFTER I had turned off my system. …

After 10 years of service I finally canceled ADT in search of another service. Several times after the alarm is set I'd come home only to find it unarmed. Stay away from ADT!!! We got ADT installed and the customer service rep never explained the terms of the contract. We spent $600 buying new equipment, which we really did not need by the way. A year later we buy a new house and call ADT to move our $600 equipment and that's were the madness …
